We are looking to recruit a skilled & charismatic IT and Telecoms Business Development Representative to book good quality appointments with potential new clients for the sales team and to inform them about our products & services.
This opportunity is to join a small, dynamic and fast-growing team of driven professionals who have their sights set on growing the business and providing outstanding service to all clients.
They will need to build a relationship with potential clients and win new clients via a compelling sales process and carefully chosen product set/suppliers.
Responsibilities
• Prospecting: Identifying potential customers (prospects) who fit the ideal customer profile.
• Lead Qualification: Researching prospects to determine their needs, budget, and potential future need for a solution.
• Outreach: Contacting potential customers through cold calls, cold emails, and social media to spark interest.
• Lead Nurturing: Staying in contact with prospects even if they aren't ready to buy immediately, ensuring they don't get lost to competitors.
• Booking Meetings: Setting up meetings or calls between qualified leads and the sales team, providing them with the necessary background information.
• Reporting to the Sales Director
• Attending weekly Sales meetings
Experience & Qualifications
The successful candidate will have relevant IT or Telecoms B2B experience (2+years as a minmum), excellent interpersonal, persuasive sales skills along with determination and drive to succeed in the fast-paced technology sector.
