We are seeking a motivated and results-driven IT Sales Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for driving new business growth by identifying opportunities, developing relationships, and closing deals across Delta 365’s IT and telecoms portfolio.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a proven background in IT sales who is hungry to achieve and exceed targets in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Responsibilities
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the UK SME market
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive long-term partnerships
• Promote Delta 365’s portfolio of IT and telecoms services (Microsoft 365, hosted telephony, connectivity, IT support, etc.)
• Meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs
• Collaborate with technical and billing teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
• Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline reporting in the CRM system
Experience & Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of proven IT sales experience
Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong business development mindset with a consultative approach
Self-motivated, resilient, and driven to succeed
Familiarity with IT/telecoms solutions (advantageous but not essential)
Previous experience working within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment (ideal but not required)
